The external phone lines are currently down (16/11/2021), and won't be restored until an engineer can visit tomorrow (17/11/2021).

 

We will have the incoming external calls diverted to a mobile, but we won't be able to put calls on hold or transfer any incoming calls, and will only be able to make emergency outgoing calls.
