Site Supervisor

Job title: Site Supervisor 
Grade: Grade 4, Scale points 4-6 (£23,114 - £23,893) 
Working pattern 37 hours per week. Hours of work 06:00am – 14:00pm Monday to Thursday. Friday 06:00am – 13:30pm. 
Contract Type: Full time, Full year, Permanent. 

Required to commence 1st September 2024 or as soon as possible.

It is an exciting time to be joining the warm and welcoming team at All Saints RC High School; with Mrs Lord the new Headteacher and planning permission has been granted for a brand new, state of the art school building in a beautiful setting. It is a community in which pupils are happy and where every child is known and valued.

The Board of Directors of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust alongside The Governors of All Saints’ RC High School wish to appoint a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills to work as a Site Supervisor. You will have the ability to effectively problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community.

We are looking for someone who has: -
• An understanding of the main Health and Safety Regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment, and how they apply in a school environment. 
• Experience of carrying out specialist building maintenance work, within the reasonable capacity of a normal handyperson. 
• Experience of keeping work records.
• The ability to undertake a range of caretaking and cleaning duties. 
• The ability to identify work priorities and manage own workload, whilst ensuring that lower priority work is kept up to date.
