Duke of Edinburgh Practice weekend!

A fantastic Duke of Edinburgh practice weekend for 27 of our Year 10 pupils, camping overnight at Whitehough in Barley!

The group enjoyed beautiful sunshine during the day, followed by a very chilly night, making it a real test of resilience. Everyone rose to the challenge brilliantly, showing great teamwork, determination, and positivity while putting their navigation and campcraft skills into practice.

A really valuable experience and excellent preparation for the qualifying expedition. Well done to all the pupils involved and a huge thank you to the staff and volunteers who supported the trip and made it such a success.
