At All Saints’, we are committed to developing student leadership and giving pupils opportunities to contribute to school life and the wider school community.

Student Council representatives are elected during Parliament Week, giving pupils the opportunity to represent the views of their peers and contribute to whole-school developments. We use the Smart School Councils programme to support form council meetings, ensuring that all students have a voice and the opportunity to share ideas and contribute to decision-making within the school.

In Year 11, students can also apply to become prefects through a formal interview process, taking on important leadership responsibilities and acting as role models for younger pupils.
